Vin Altebrando Memorial Scholarship

Each year we present a scholarship to a graduating Senior to help alleviate the unforeseen costs of  their freshman year in college.  The award is given each year to the graduating senior or seniors that most embody the characteristics that made Vin so special and his life so memorable:

• Energetic Spirit

• Hard Work and Dedication

• MOST IMPORTANTLY: Service to the MP Girls Youth Lacrosse Program

Matt LoNigro Memorial Scholarship

First given in 2023 after the sudden loss of Matt, this award is given annually to a graduating Senior that most represents the qualities and attributes that made Matt an especially important person in the Miller Place community.  Among those qualities are:

• Dedication to helping those in need

• Service to the community

• Service to the MP Girls Youth Lacrosse Program
